I’d like to thank Chuck Rudolph and everyone who showed up for Saturday’s nutrition lecture at CrossFit 949. We had an amazing turnout and loads of good questions, varying from the basics of nutrition to the more complex molecular or competitive specific breakdowns. Chuck’s speech only lasted approximately 20 minutes and with all of the different questions the seminar lasted for over 2 hours! We hope to see you at the next one!
