WOD:

**When the clock starts, run 4 laps only ONCE! That’s right, say it with me, “W-OOOOOOOOOONCE!!!” Then begin your AMRAP of movements. The workout will look like the following:

In 20 minutes complete:

1600M Run <1 mile> (ONCE and never again) then
AMRAP for the remainder of time
10 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Sit-Ups
