WOD review for muscle ups and GHD

WOD:

5 Rounds for time:

5 Muscle Ups
10 GHD sit ups
10 Hip Extension

*Substitute for MU’s will be 2:1 muscle up transitions and subs for GHD will be 2:1 sit ups and supermans. Staggering will be arranged for the GHD. Only athletes with extensive experience will be allowed to use the GHD in full for WOD.
