Skill work with barbell in hang power clean and push press
Fundamentals review and progressions to PP

WOD

8 Rounds for time (max reps in 20 sec for each round)

Work :20/Rest :10
Hang Power Clean (115/85#)
Push Press
*Alternate between both movements after every 20 seconds of work and rest. Once both movements are complete, that will count as one round. This workout is scored by total number of reps after the 8th round of HPC and PP.
