Attention CrossFit 949:
We are moving all monthly payments over to Amazon and WODTogether. Please call Adam or Katrina to help set up your account on WODTogether. If you already have an amazon account, you can enter your username and password to access (no alternate account necessary). Please be sure to update any old information i.e. new cards, expiring dates, change of billing address, etc.

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Air Squats

Rest 3 minutes after every round.
