1 Burpee
2 Wall Ball
2 Burpee
3…
3…
4…
4…
And so on…

*There is no rest between sets; the clock will be running continuously as the rounds increase. The workout will be scored by max rounds.

Cool Down:

200 Sit-Throughs (100 each side)

Rx-1: Modify 1 movement.
Rx-2: Modify 2 movements.
Rx-3: Modify 3 movements.
Rx-4: Modify 4+ movements.
