Workout of the Day: 130706 Hope for Cures

Today we are hosting the CrossFit Hope for Cures workout that will help donate money to St, Judes. Here is a direct quote from CrossFit.com.

Through the efforts of our affiliates and, ultimately, you, the CrossFit community can be a driving force in the fight against children’s cancer and other illnesses. Our ability to make change is infinite. Our action is a responsibility. This year’s event is benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.”

In respect to helping raise money for the youngsters fighting for their lives every day, CrossFit 949 will be doing the WOD to take a piece of those children’s fight and incorporating it into our Saturday morning Workout. The exercise is as followed:

With one minute at each station for 3 Rounds, you will complete max repetitions of:

Burpee’s
Power Snatch (75/55)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Thrusteres (75/55)
CTB Pull-Ups
1 min. Rest
