The 8am will be closed as of next Monday. We will be opening the 7am hour in exchange for the 8am class. 8am will now be considered Open Gym/Fundamentals make-up hour.

Workout of the Day:

3 Rounds for Time

10 Muscle-Ups
25 Sit-Throughs
800m Run

Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups w/strict ring dip.
Rx-2: modify muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups AND/ORΒ modify sit-throughs to sit-ups x2 (50).
Rx-3: modify muscle-ups to pull-ups AND/OR modify sit-throughs to sit-ups x2 (50).
Rx-3: modify WOD.
