We have decided to make a “trilogy workout” due to three back-to-back birthdays coming up. We have Mike G., Justin and Samar’s birthday starting this Thursday through Sunday. These workouts were based upon their requests. If it hurts, blame it on them. ๐Ÿ˜‰

The significance of today’s WOD is Mike was born on the 15th of August, thus doing a 15 minute AMRAP. His choice of movements were Power Cleans and Presses; the rep scheme is his age.
