Workout of the Day:

“Labor Day 130902”

In teams of 2, complete the following:

Run 800m
then 21-15 and 9 of
Jumping Squats (45/35#)
Handstand Push-Ups
Knees-to-Elbows
then
Run 400m

**Partners will run together and cannot start the workout until both have arrived back in the building. Both partners cannot move to the next exercise until they have completed their sets. Each partner must complete the allotted amount of repetitions and reps cannot be disbursed. Once both partners have finished the 21,15,9 then their clock will end when they have both entered the building.
