Workout of the Day: 130903

We would like to thank everyone who participated in these tough workouts. We are so proud of each and every one of you for pushing through the grind, especially during the Hotshots 19 Memorial workout. We would also like to thank those who donated to help the firefighters families get through these rough times.

Now that Labor Day is over, classes will remain on their normal schedule.

Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

Hang Power Snatch (115/70#)
Box Jumps (24/20″)

*Start with reps of 3 HPS and BJ, then your next cycle will have 6 HPS and BJ, 9 and 9 and so on until the clock os over.

Scaling

Rx+1 – 135/95# and 30/24″
Rx-1 – 95/65# and 20″ or below
Rx-2 – 75/55# and 20″ or below
Rx-3 – 55/35# and 20″ or below
Rx-1 – 45/35# or below and 20″ or below
