3 Rounds with 1 minute at each station:

“Fight on Friday”

Wall Ball (20/14#)
Ring Dips
Push Press (75/55#)
Jumping Lunges
Double Unders

*For 5 rounds you will have 1 minute at each station to complete as many reps as possible. You will have 1 minute of rest after finishing your 5th station each round. Your score will be cumulative reps from all 5 rounds.

Scaling

Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify 1 movement.
Rx-2: modify 2 movements.
Rx-3: modify 3+ movements.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
