**We are extremely excited to announce that we will be hosting a menu sampling this Saturday (the 14th) for a new paleo meal-service that will be offered to members at the end of this month. We are collaborating with a company to provide you with clean, organic, and delicious meals to bring your fitness to the next level (more details to come this Saturday). We have already had a taste of what’s to come and trust us when we say you won’t be missing out on any of your cheat-faves! AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Pistols (5 each leg)
15 Pull-Ups

Scaling

Rx+1: deficit hspu’s, weighted pistols w/kettlebell (1pood/.5pood), and chest-to-bar pull-ups.
Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify 1 movement.
Rx-2: modify 2 movements.
Rx-3: modify 3 movements.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
