AMRAP in 20 minutes

15 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (95/65#)
30 Cherry Pickers (15 each arm)
200m run

Scaling:

Rx+1: SDHP @ 115/95# AND open-floor Cherry Pickers.
Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: SDHP @ 75/55# and/or box Cherry Pickers.
Rx-2: SDHP @ 55/35# and/or box Cherry Pickers.
Rx-3: SDHP @ 15#/PVC and Bear Cherry Pickers.

Buy-In

Hip Mobility Drill, then:

3 Rounds

10 Knees-to-Elbow
15 Step-Ups (30 total, 15 each leg)
20 Double Unders

Buy-Out

50 Walking Lunges
