Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: SDHP @ 75/55# and/or box Cherry Pickers.
Rx-2: SDHP @ 55/35# and/or box Cherry Pickers.
Rx-3: SDHP @ 15#/PVC and Bear Cherry Pickers.
Hip Mobility Drill, then:
15 Step-Ups (30 total, 15 each leg)
20 Double Unders
50 Walking Lunges
