Reverse Ladder: complete 20 pull-ups then 2 weighted sit-ups – 18 pull-ups then 4 weighted sit-ups – 16 pull-ups then 6 weighted sit-ups, etc…

Pull-Ups:
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Weighted Sit-Ups (25/10#):
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20

Scaling:

Rx+1: chest to bar pull-ups and 35/25# weighted sit-ups.
Rx: As is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify pull-ups or weight of sit-up.
Rx-2: modify pull-ups and weight of sit-up.
Rx-3: modify pull-ups and only body weight sit-up.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
