Workout of the Day: 130926

**Announcement #1: this Friday (the 27th) and the following Friday (the 4th) we will not be having a 12pm noon class. Regular class times at 6am, 7am, 9am, and 5pm on those Fridays will be scheduled as normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.

**Announcement #2: today is Day 1 for those of you participating in our 6-week placebo study for our new protein supplement. Please come in to do your first physical exam; exams are being done during our “off” times when regular classes are not running (unless you are only able to attend during a regular class time). The following hours available are: 8am, 10am, 11am, 1-4pm (please call Adam or Katrina to confirm for a time between these particular hours), and 7pm.

Workout of the Day:

AMRAP in 20 minutes

500 Single Jump Rope
40 Push Press (45/35#)
30 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pood)
20 Standing Inch Worms (w/push-up at bottom)
10 Pistols (5 each leg)

Scaling

Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify 1 movement.
Rx-2: modify 2 movements.
Rx-3: modify 3 movements.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
