I hold this workout dear to my heart because I remember my sister Rachel and I, along with a few others, designing this workout in our San Diego apartment 5 years ago. It is probably one of my favorite workouts (not being biased) because it’s just good ole CrossFit. I hope you all enjoy doing this workout as much as Rach and I enjoyed helping create it.

135/95 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
