5 Ring Push-Ups

Rest 5 minutes, then:

With a 12 minute time cap, complete:

800m Run
30 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pood)
20 Burpee Over Bar
10 P. Curtis (135#/95#; 1 power clean, 2 alternating lunges, 1 shoulder to overhead)

Scaling
Rx+1: 155/105# ;185/135#
Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: 95/65#; 115/75#.
Rx-2: 75/55#; 95;55#.
Rx-3: 55/35#; 75;35#.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
