Workout of the Day

“Death by Dead-Ball”

Deadlift (225/155#)
Wallball (30/14#)

*Every minute, on the minute until failure you will complete 1 Deadlift and 1 Wallball. At the turn of each minute you will complete one more rep than the previous round, until you can no longer complete the required reps within the minute.


Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify weight of deadlift OR wallball.
Rx-2: modify weight of deadlift AND wallball.
Rx-3: modify WOD.
