Workout of the Day

“12 Days of Christmas (The Nasty Grinch 2013)”
1. 200 M Run
2. Pistols (each leg)
3. Wall ball(20/14#)
4. Box Jumps (24/20″)
5. Handstand Push-Ups
6. Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
7. Burpees
8. Jumping Air Squats
9. Thrusters (45/35# barbell)
10. Ring Dips
11. Push Ups
12. Curtis P. (75/55#)

*As the song goes: On the 1st day of Christmas my true love gave to me… On the 2nd day of Christmas my true love gave to me… and so on. You will mimic the song using the repetitions of the workout. For example, you will complete 1 x 200m run, then 2 x pistols and 1 x 200m run, then 3 x wall ball – 2 x pistols – 1 x 200m run. Use this sequence all the way to 12 and work your way down.
