* Today’s rep scheme will be as followed: Work up to your heaviest set of 20 reps. Once you feel you have found that number, you ย get one more attempt to match or increase the weight. The same scheme will follow the set of 15’s and 10’s. The set of 10’s will get 3 attempts to match or increase weight on the bar.
