Deadlift 20-20-15-15-10-10-10

* Today’s rep scheme will be as followed: Work up to your heaviest set of 20 reps. Once you feel you have found that number, you  get one more attempt to match or increase the weight. The same scheme will follow the set of 15’s and 10’s. The set of 10’s will get 3 attempts to match or increase weight on the bar.
