150 Burpees for time
* Every 60 seconds complete 20 double unders in between until 150 burpees are achieved.
-10 minutes of upper body mobility using bands, PVC and foam roller work.
Rx-1 Modify/decrease reps on burpees or decrease reps for double unders or change to singles
Rx-2 Modify or change both burpees and double unders
