30 Air Squats
Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: jumping muscle up.
Rx-2: 4 pull ups & 4 ring dips to modify muscle ups.
Rx-3: 14 muscle up transitions.
Rx-4: modify WOD (3+ movements or scale down on # of rounds/reps).
