20 Push Ups (Hand Release)
200m Run

Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: modify 1 movement.
Rx-2: modify 2 movements.
Rx-3: modify 3 movements.
Rx-4: modify WOD.

Buy In

30 Jumping Jacks
20 Windmills (10 forward & 10 backwards on each side)

Then,

3-Phase Assisted Leg Lifts (with a partner, complete 25 each phase, 75 total)
