Workout of the Day: 140208

FOOD!!!!
From now on, we will be posting recipes that are paleo/paleo-zone to help all of our members bring their athleticism to the next level. Training hard always brings us from sickness to health but the reality is that our food choices are what separate us from gym goers to competitors. We also want to lead by example of what ultimate dedication and hard work it is to be a CrossFitter at 949 so lets kick it up a notch and get in those kitchens to hit your PR’s!!!
