Announcement 1:

Beginning March 1st we will be removing the 8am Intro Saturday Class from the schedule. In its place will be 3 FREE CrossFit classes! The 3 classes must be used within 7 days of each other. Lets rally up CrossFit 949! Remember, every new client you bring in that decides to take the plunge will give you $25 off of your following membership. In addition to the referral program, we will be giving a prize at the end of March for whoever brings in the most new additions to our team (trust us, you’ll LOVE it)!

Announcement 2:

All athletes and Judges must show up to the gym at 6pm Friday night for briefing of the CrossFit Games Open 14.1. Please schedule an appointment if these times cannot be met or if you know you’re going to be late.

**The earlier you finish Part 1 the more rest available. 3 minute rest is for those who meet the 10 minute cap.

1 White Onion
1/4 Cup of diced green onions
1/8 Stick of grass fed butter
2 Red peppers
Himalayan Salt

1 Lime
