**Announcement #1: We will be running heats for Open 14.2 this Friday night starting at 6pm. Stay tuned for more details!

**Announcement #2: Competition class starts this Wednesday at 7pm and the Barbell Club begins this Thursday at 6pm. If you have been anxiously waiting for these classes, now is the time to talk to one of your coaches to get in on the action!

We had a great turnout at the new B-Metabolic Conditioning class tonight! We got our sweat on and man did those abs get a beating – bring on bikini season! We are in the test-phase with this class this month and you can refer to the schedule but for right now it will be offered Mondays at 6pm, Tuesdays at 10am, and Fridays at 4pm. If it is in high demand we will do our best to add more class times to the schedule!

Workout of the Day

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

3 Hang Power Clean (105/155#)
Ascending Box Jumps (24/20″)

*The first round you will do 3 HP Cleans and 1 box jump; round 2 you will complete 3 HP Cleans and 2 box jumps; round 3 you will complete 3 HP Cleans and 3 box jumps, etc…

Scaling

Rx: as is, no modifications.
Rx-1: 135/95#.
Rx-2: 115/85#.
Rx-3: modify weight further and/or heigh of box jump.
Rx-4: modify WOD.
