Open Gym: is offered Monday-Friday at 8am and by appointment between 1-4pm, Monday-Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm. Open gym is a great opportunity to come into the gym (at no extra charge) to work on skills and movements that you are looking to make gains in.
B-Metabolic Conditioning (BMC): This class is primarily bodyweight movements with some occasional lighter weight lifting movements. It’s a great class for those of you still looking for a high-intensity workout but without the olympic lifting movements!
